Recruitment is a stressful time whether you are in charge of it, going through it, and learning the ropes.
The important things to remember if you are planning it:
-Fake it til you make it ;) Especially when it comes to confidence
-Be VERY organized
-Delegate your tasks, and let the older girls in the house help with the important parts
-Write down every idea or thought on a to do list before you forget it!
-Buy things in advance, and plan the little details far in advance
-Don't be afraid to let some little things slide, in the end it's the hard work and effort that makes the biggest impact.
-Take a deep breath and talk to your sisters :)
If you are going through recruitment:
-Buy your clothes before going through
-Do a sit test and make sure your clothes don't reveal anything you don't want revealed (Panty lines, undies, bra, cleavage.. etc!)
-Practice basic questions about yourself like - what makes you special, what things have you been involved with, what are your strong points, morals, favorite things etc.
-Be Yourself
-Join a house that YOU fit best with. Not that your best friend fits with better.
-Smile!
-Don't be too quiet and polite - Sometimes other girls can be aggressive and ruin your chances to shine, just try to be yourself and you should be fine.
